Why not have your property looking its best when it comes to sale time or for that special occasion!  The visual appeal of a property is enhanced with well established planting.  Careful arrangement of garden furniture and ornamentation will allow prospective buyers to gain a feel for the property's garden in much the same way as they would when furniture is arranged inside the property.  Provide your property with a point of difference.

‘Spruce It Up’ offers a no obligation quote, a unique self-watering system and full installation.  We also offer a wide range of plants, pots and garden furniture that will add value and appeal to your property. 

........TERMS
1.       Minimum chargeable period of hire – 2 weeks.  Weekly thereafter.
2.       Minimum hire of 4 plants or 2 furniture settings.
3.       Delivery / Set up & Pick up charge - $50. (within 10km of yard).
4.       Payment in full required – at time of set up.
5.       A credit card authority is required to be signed at time of set up, as a bond on the hire items – pending their complete and safe return.  The slip will be returned to the hirer at the end of the agreed hire period.
6.       10% discount is offered on items hired beyond the standard 4 week period.
7.       Please add 10% GST.  To all prices quoted.
